We are delighted to welcome Thierry Peurois (formerly La Paysan) who will be joining Bear Paw boss, Claire and Bear Paw Chef, Natalie, in the kitchen. Each Chef will be bringing their own style and flavour to the set menu, paired with a small but delicious selection of wine.
