5Rhythms, KEEPING IT REAL.
Organiser Sherron St Clair has been working with authentic movement and dance for 10 years, qualifying as a 5Rhythms teacher in Oct 2014.
Over the years, Sherron has brought the 5Rhythms to the Earthsong camps, Body & Soul, and Electric Picnic, to Wexford, Cork, Clare and Paris, and her 2-monthly drop in classes in Greystones. This will be Sherron’s 3rd New Year’s Eve Alcohol-Free event.
It is in the practice of the 5Rhythms that, says Sherron, she has come to know it as a safe container to ”Let Go and be Myself”. Through movement, breath and dance, says Sherron, whatever condition she may be in, “shift happens”.
It is here she is able to shape, feel, witness and validate ‘all that is me’, without judgment in this ‘space’. Says Sherron, “I can drop into the playground of my body, rearrange the furniture and delight in my new surroundings, with creative possibilities for the next wave…”
The 5Rhythms has been, finishes Sherron, the “biggest catalytic change in my life. It ROCKS!”
